Dirk

Director Talent Counselling North

When counselling young talents you have a huge responsibility. This is not just a way of saying, I really do perceive it that way. What if that young player does not make it just because we did not try everything? Or because I did not criticise him enough?

Brunno

Players‘ Agent Brazil

Brazil is the most football-crazed country in the world. And nowhere else there are so many talents to be found than here. But do not be mistaken: to become a professional in the first place, and eventually a successful professional, is unbelievably hard. As a ROGON agent in Brazil, I advise and provide support to talents and pros until they leave South America and the colleagues in Europe or Asia take over.

Alexander

Director Player Performance

Our experience shows that mere talking does not help. Hence, we from ROGON Player Performance go and see the players at their homes. No matter if we are to assist with joint athletic training or the right stocking of the fridge.

Robert

Director Talent Counselling South

During my professional career I suffered two severe knee injuries. I would have never thought that those would ever be of any good. Today though, they are part of my rich experience I can pass on to young talents. Just like many other important things. At first hand and from my very own experience.

People at Rogon

Wolfgang

Talent Counsellor

For the most time in my life I have worked for a Bundesliga club. And to be honest, I never much liked agents. Now, “at the other end of the table”, I have the opportunity to do all those things better I used to criticise back then. And much more than that. And I think we are doing pretty well!

People at Rogon

Markus

Talent Counsellor

I love modern technology and digital communication. In the 20 years I have been guiding young players on their way to become pros, this caused a lot of changes. But when it comes to counselling I am the old-fashioned kind: essential things can only be discussed at the table, face to face, eye to eye. You have to be on site. Hence, I am far more often on the road than I would want to.
